Staff Training Retreat

Are you ready to upgrade your staff orientation? 

Join Scott Arizala, Sylvia van Meerten and Sarah Kurtz McKinnon for a staff training retreat. In this small-group, hands-on workshop, we will present a few select methods for scheduling, writing and planning a training that is customized for your camp. Bring your own training materials and leave our retreat with your staff training completely scheduled and detailed! 

Day 1:

We will walk through and present the best practices in designing, planning, developing, and facilitating the very best staff training considering your time, staff, facility, and more.

Day 2 (Optional):

This is the day to workshop your staff training.  Working side-by-side with the facilitators and other participants, you will rework and develop your staff training schedule, develop materials, share resources, create & write lessons plans, and leave with a staff training plan ready for implementation
